What a lovely photo! That spot of sun just makes the picture!
Thank you, Linda. I have many photos looking through the branches of this tree but, like you said, it is the spot of sun that makes the picture.
Fascinating composition and very dramatic contrasts, Dezra! it reminds me of some of Frans Lanting’s work, shooting underwater at and through lilypads from below. It also has a feel of delicate jellyfish tendrils. And your bright star makes it really snap. Good show!
I had to look up Frans Lanting since I was not familiar with his work. He does a lot of beautiful photography! I fall way short of his expertise in photography and vision, but that’s ok because we all have our own paths we travel on the photography road. I’m just pleased that this reminds you of his work.
