I have some time off in September, is that too early. And I wonder how they will look considering the drought?

That’s a good question. I don’t know. I think the colors normally peak in early October, but with the drought…who knows. Aspens are beautiful at all times of the year, but I prefer them with leaves, whether summer leaves or fall leaves. I think you’ll enjoy them green or gold.
